DelRio does not work with individual distribution catalogs, they are only used internally as a sales tool for registered customers. But you can stay up to date with all Lines and Collections by accessing the Products section, which contains all updated lines, through our Instagram: @modadelrio.

I want to work at DelRio, where do I send my resume?

If you are interested in joining the workforce and becoming part of our team of professionals, send your resume through TRABALHE CONOSCO, the link is also available in the footer of our website. Looking for a specific reference?

Some references may be out of stock or not available during the current collection. If the product you always use is difficult to find, just access the homepage of our website and enter the reference number in the search field located next to the top menu. All collections are updated with the products available online.

The reference is a sequence of numbers that is located at the tip of the label, attached to the inside of the piece. If you have already erased it or cannot identify it, please contact us through the CONTACT FORM and select the PRODUCTS subject. In the message field, describe the piece you are looking for in as much detail as possible, along with your personal information, such as:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number (with area code)
  • Email

This message will be sent to our customer service team, who will search for the piece and return your email. If the product is still online and available at a physical store near you or an e-commerce site, you will receive information on where to find it.

How does DelRio's sizing chart work?

 

DelRio has been serving the female audience for three generations, so we have been following fashion and its trends regardless of age group. In all our lines, we offer panties from PP to EG and extremely comfortable bras that fit sizes 38 to 54.

I want to exchange my item, how do I do that?

We want your experience with DelRio products to always be wonderful, so our exchange policy aims not only to replace the product but also to improve our products and service. If the product you purchased has any manufacturing or quality defects, you should report it to the DelRio Consumer Service (SAC) exclusively by email: sac@delrio.com.br. In the message, in addition to identifying yourself with your personal information:

NAME ADDRESS WITH ZIP CODE PHONE WITH AREA CODE CPF AND RG

You also need to provide your PURCHASE DATA, such as the name of the store where you bought it, the product, and attach a copy of the invoice. It is important that you describe in detail what happened with the PRODUCT, as well as its information such as: Reference (a sequence of numbers found on the tip of the tag attached to the inside of the garment), color, size, etc.

Once our team receives your information, you will receive a message informing you that we are registering your request and then we will issue a postage code for you to send the defective product to the factory and later receive a new one at your home. All communication with the SAC occurs by email, in cases of necessity by phone.

All data and other information provided will remain protected in the customer service register and will give us enough to identify what happened with the product in question, in addition to improving more and more!
